Paint Branch is a 〔U.S. Geological Survey. National Hydrography Dataset high-resolution flowline data. (The National Map ), accessed August 15, 2011〕 stream that flows through Montgomery County and Prince George's County, Maryland. It is a tributary of the Northeast Branch, which flows to the Anacostia River, Potomac River and the Chesapeake Bay. The headwaters of Paint Branch are located near Spencerville (about north of Washington, D.C.) and the stream flows south for to its confluence with the Northeast Branch.
